We are pleased to welcome Silvia Metz as the newest member of the M2-Automation team. In her role as Team Assistant, Silvia supports our daily operations and brings valuable structure and coordination to the company.
With a truly international background and diverse professional experience — from managing a boutique hotel in Berlin to co-founding an educational academy in Ecuador — Silvia brings a global mindset and a strong focus on people and process. Her academic background includes a degree in Political Science and International Relations, as well as a Master’s in Hospitality Management.
Silvia combines strategic thinking with hands-on efficiency, and her passion for innovation, communication, and organization makes her a great fit for the M2-Automation team culture.
