Two approaches tailored to your production goals
Every application has its own requirements, especially when it comes to throughput, sample handling, and system integration. That’s why we offer two distinct and proven multi channel concepts.
Aspirate / Dispense Mode is ideal when working with larger sample volumes or when precise control of multiple reagents is needed. Each channel draws liquid from a source plate before dispensing with full synchronization.
Bulk Mode uses onboard reservoirs to supply each channel directly, ensuring continuous operation with minimal fluid handling effort. This method offers maximum stability, cleanliness, and speed for high volume production.
Both technologies are optimized to match your workflow - whether in diagnostics, microfluidics, or biosensor manufacturing.
Aspirate / Dispense Mode
Parallel dispensing
This concept supports both high throughput and flexible assay design. Use identical samples across all channels to increase output or run different reagents in parallel to streamline workflows. The layout adapts to your biosensor or microarray format, making it ideal for multiplexed diagnostics (e.g. allergy testing) and high density spotting.
Efficient Multiplexed Dispensing
Precise 3x3 arrays can be printed directly into microtiter plates or onto other custom formats, with full control over nozzle placement.
Ideal for large scale production of multiplex immunoassays and microarrays where precision, speed, and minimal sample handling are critical.
Bulk Mode
Reservoir based parallel dispensing
This 12 channel system delivers parallel dispensing into complex microfluidic structures. With each channel connected to its own sample reservoir, the system is highly stable and contamination resistant. It is optimized for rapid and synchronized dispensing across high density microfluidic layouts. Production volume is increasing and this setup supports consistent high throughput while maintaining precise control.

6 Channel Custom Head with 2D Layout
